When my daughter, Anna Sophia Rose, was stillborn at 41 weeks, I was heartbroken. I felt lost and didn’t know how to fully choose life again.
I wanted someone to help me, but no one felt completely aligned to help me through this journey in my life. I had to deepen my own medicine.
