The year I learned that doing less could open me to more...

July 2024 we started our travels through Europe. If someone looked at my year from the outside, they would probably call it unpredictable.  

Traveling full-time across Europe with a nine year old and a baby.  

Running a multi-six-figure business while parenting on the road and often not knowing where we’d land next.  

Holding space for my clients, my family and of course myself. 

But what this year actually taught me was this: 

Expansion doesn’t come from doing more. 

It always comes from trusting more. 

Trusting the pauses, the quiet and the moments that feel like nothing is happening.  The question I was asked the most was: “How didn’t you collapse?” Or…similar ones like: “How do you still have time for your rituals? How did you welcome your 100k client while traveling?” “How did you hold it all?” 

Well, it sure wasn’t because I was trying to force my year. I had already listened…. 

During the Sacred Nights in 2023 my Soul already showed me where I’d be challenged. 

Where I’d be asked to soften even when I wanted to speed up (we all tend to be controlling Mindy sometimes 😏). 

I knew in which months my momentum would come, but only because I cleared the space and honored the other moments as well.  

Because in each intuitive business there are moments that:  

🌹Feel terrifying 

🌹Pauses feel irresponsible 

🌹And big decisions might feel like risking it all. 

But when you have your own Sacred Roadmap, you don’t lose momentum and you get to trust yourself on a whole new level.  

2026 Will be the bridge year where you can’t step forward without the embodiment piece. Everything else will collapse (or you will have to sell your soul to the 😈). 

My intention for Your Sacred Nights of Becoming, is that you become the woman who CAN and WANTS to hold it all. You will have a level of inner safety that allows your body to soften. When she softens you no longer need to chase. You don’t even need to have a plan.  

You will have your Sacred Nights Roadmap that will be your lighthouse. So that when the year feels uncertain (and she will going into 2027), you already know where to stand when your next wave arrives.
