It’s always safe to work with your body

“It’s always safe to work with your body.” I wrote this down as a blog idea earlier this week and then immediately thought…“safe” isn’t actually the right word. Because most of the time it isn’t your body telling you this work isn’t safe. It’s your mind telling you there are more important things to do.

Especially when you’re a successful woman. Especially when you have a business. Especially when you’re a mother.

There is always an email. A client. A child. A launch. A piece of content. A website. Something to sell. Something that looks a hell of a lot more productive than putting your hand on your heart, womb or pussy and actually listening.

Your body is your portal

Except your body is your portal and she’s one of the most abundant ones you will ever have. In all my years of mentoring women, I see the same thing again and again:

The deeper a woman connects with her heart, womb and pussy, the more she opens herself to life. To desire, energetic receiving, creativity, abundance, love, and most of all…her truth.

Not because your body is perfect. She is and she isn’t, because intuition and trauma live right next to each other in your body. The work isn’t becoming perfect tomorrow…the work is learning to listen to yourself and your body in such a sovereign way that you begin to know the difference.

Business has always asked me to receive more

I’ve worked in Marketing & Sales for 11 years before I started my own business. I know how to do business…but my business has always challenged me to uncover a new level of energetic receiving. Something that I truly believe becomes only more and more important for intuitive business owners when we step into 2027.

Because we have somehow arrived at a place where women are supposed to be CEOs, healers, leaders, mothers, creators…and on top of it all…”Reel experts”.

Seen, seen, seen. Explain your work. Make it digestible. Say it 101 different ways. Make sure people understand it in five seconds or they’ll scroll away.

But some of the deepest wisdom that opens inside your heart, womb and pussy simply can’t be explained in a five-second Reel. And even more important, at least to me…the women you desire in your business need to have an attention span that goes beyond those 5 seconds and ADHD doomscrolling at midnight…

When you know, you know

When you know, you know. Energy is super simple and crystal clear. It’s a yes or a no. But too often the trap of an online business owner and especially a coach, healer etc…is the thought that comes after the knowing:

But how do I explain this so everybody else understands me?

That’s not alignment…that’s control. And your next level won’t come when you constantly allow your controlling Mindy to run your business for you.

So I have another question for you: What would you do if you genuinely believed deepening the relationship with yourself was enough?

And I don’t mean that you would never make content again. Maybe your body says WRITE today…then write. Maybe she wants you to sell the thing…then sell it.

It isn’t always about changing what you do. It’s about changing where it comes from. Because you can create the exact same post from:

This wants to move through me.

or:

See me. Please see me. I need this to work.

And you can dearmour every centimetre of your body while that second voice is still running the show. You can even turn embodiment into another strategy for getting what you want. But your body was never meant to become another employee in your business. She brings you home first and then you create from there.
